Build confidence, self-esteem and leadership skills. Work part time– Play full time– AND HAVE FUN!!! Workers get their very own activities, overnights and time to chill on their own.

Summer Councilor in Training Program

Kids Core has created an exciting opportunity for youth ages thirteen and fourteen called the Counselor in Training (C.I.T.) program. It’s a chance for youth to try new things, explore interests and talents, increase their self esteem, and achieve goals. Your child will gain valuable work experience and skills while learning the importance of responsibility. We encourage youth to come in and apply for a C.I.T. position. The C.I.T. will help a minimum of three hours a day along side our professional staff, learning the ropes of school age child care. They will assist in program activities, and help teachers with day to day jobs. We hope that the C.I.T. will compliment our program by assisting our full time staff.
